From the phones, computers and ERP systems in the offices to the handheld devices in the convenience stores to the dispatch software used by the delivery drivers, Steve and his team ensure that technology services are strong, secure and seamless.

Steve Estepp grew up in the gas station business while working for his dad and has witnessed firsthand many of the changes that have occurred in the industry over the past 30 years. He attended the University of Richmond (Va.), where he received his undergraduate degree in Accounting in 1998. (Side note he worked weekends at a Shell service station there his freshman year.) While completing his degree, Steve worked part time his senior year for the public accounting firm KPMG and two more years after graduation, specializing in auditing. In 2000, Steve returned to the family business, during which time he obtained his MBA from the University of Kentucky with a concentration in accounting and finance. In 2010, Steve became 100% owner of Estepp's Friendly Shell and set the company on a path toward strategic growth and diversification. In 2012, Steve founded Estepp Energy which acquired an existing Shell wholesale distributor. Since then, Steve has grown both the retail and wholesale sides of the business. Estepp's Friendly Shell operates 11 convenience stores and is a franchise with Subway, Little Caesars, The UPS Store, and Hot Head Burritos. Estepp Energy supplies fuel to about 100 branded locations and operates its own fleet of trucks to transport the fuel.

With 30 years of experience in the energy sector, Jorge has spent almost his entire professional career in Repsol.
He began in 1994 in different sales and management positions in the Service Stations Business. He continued his professional growth by leading teams in Planning and Control Downstream Business, Regulatory Affairs, until he reached his current position as Director of Strategy and Business Development in the mobility area where, together with a great team, he works hard to provide customers with products and services wherever, whenever and however they need them.
An advocate of a fair energy transition, which ensures the promotion of efficient and sustainable mobility, from technological neutrality to excellence in customer experience, Jorge is leading the deployment of a new 100% renewable diesel at 1,500 sites in Spain and Portugal by the end of the year.
Over the last few years, he has also promoted the transformation of service stations in the Repsol group, with significant projects such as the creation of a new model of semi-proximity store, SuperCor Stop and Go, the set up the largest digital network of carwashes in Spain, Repsol Klin or several partnerships with leading brands such as El Corte Inglés, Amazon, Starbucks, Nespresso, Disney, …
He is also a member of the board of directors of Wible which is the car sharing company that Repsol has in Madrid, together with the Korean automaker KIA.
With a degree in Business Administration, he also holds an MBA from IESE business school.

For the first 5 years within Nouria, I worked directly for our CFO & COO doing special projects and mastering the entire accounting and finance department of Nouria. I am currently the Head of the Wholesale Fuels Division as the fuel side is a deep passion of my in the business. I am also the Head of Mergers, Acquisitions and New Business Development Activities within Nouria.
