Kim Okafor is the General Manager of Zero Emission Solutions for the Love’s Family of Companies which includes Trillium Energy. Kim leads the strategy, development, and management of the EV charging, hydrogen fueling, and energy strategy businesses for the organization. Kim also leads the acquisition of grant funds for the organization. Under Kim’s leadership, Trillium and Love’s have increased its hydrogen portfolio to 5 fueling stations, it’s EV charging portfolio to over 230 ports, and acquired over $40M in grants funds.
Kim also actively serves on the Board of Directors for the California Hydrogen Business Council and has an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Houston. Kim’s goal as the General Manager of Zero Emission Solutions is to develop economically sustainable business opportunities for our customers.

Chris Normandeau is director of FirstService Energy in the East region. Normandeau collaborates with community associations managed by FirstService Residential to reduce energy and water use and costs by serving as a trusted advisor to boards. Normandeau helps clients make informed decisions—saving them money, minimizing their carbon footprint, and improving their quality of life.
Prior to joining FirstService Energy, Normandeau was co-founder of Core, a New York City-based sustainable project management firm which focused on maximizing client savings while minimizing environmental impact. He also served as a Project Manager for construction firm OmniBuild, where he was involved in all aspects of design, construction and budgeting, including overseeing energy efficiency projects across New York State. Normandeau, who earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, is a Certified Energy Manager (C.E.M.), is Lighting Certified (LC), and is a LEED AP BD+C®. He has saved his clients more than 100 million dollars by putting his considerable energy knowledge and expertise to work for them. Normandeau believes in the value of providing his clients with the tools and knowledge needed to continue reducing their carbon footprint, long after his energy savings initiatives have been put in place.

Doug has held C-level technology leadership positions in the retail convenience and fuel industry for 15 years, most recently as the Chief Information Officer at Nouria Energy, a 300+ chain, with responsibilities for defining Nouria’s strategic technology direction, leading the technology efforts related to acquisitions, including the acquisition of Enmarket’s 132 stores and 26 carwashes, business and technology initiatives, and ensuring effective day-to-day support to stores, car washes, and office personnel. Before Nouria, Doug served as Chief Technology Officer for Yesway, a $1.2B chain of 400+ convenience stores, including the integration of 305 Allsup’s stores as part of that acquisition. Prior to Yesway, Doug spent six years as Chief Information Officer for Tedeschi Food Shops, a chain of 190 convenience stores.
Before transitioning to his new career in convenience and retail fuel with Tedeschi’s, Doug held multiple executive-level technology positions at Putnam Investments, a Boston-based financial management firm, and has held senior-level technical positions at Computer Sciences Corporation, Verizon (Bell Atlantic), the United States Senate, and Northern Telecom. Doug served on the Board of Advisors for Conexxus for 15 years, including multiple terms as chairperson, and chaired the Conexxus Innovation Research Committee. Doug received his M.S. from George Washington University and his B.A. from DePauw University.
Doug retired from Nouria in 2025 and established New Edge Advisory to provide business and technology consultant services.

Steve Morris is the President & Owner of Retail Management Inc., a retail management & marketing services provider for retailers nationwide and is an elected member of the City Council for Woodbury, MN.
Steve has served in leadership roles for over 25 years within convenience and retail sectors. He served as Director of Marketing & Merchandising for SuperAmerica stores & Speedway, where he continued the work of brand development and management and as Director of Operations Strategy and Planning, where he held oversight and responsibility for the Twin Cities and Minnesota markets for retail operations.
Steve was elected in 2018 and re-elected in 2022 as Councilmember for the City of Woodbury having served previously on the Planning Commission, and currently serves on the Economic Development Authority and Housing & Redevelopment Authority for the city.
Steve supports numerous organizations and serves on the Board of Directors for several organizations including: "Majority in the Middle", a 501c3 dedicated to lowering the temperature of politics and finding common ground to serve the people of Minnesota, as well, "Metro Cities", a coalition of Twin Cities metropolitan area communities working and lobbying the state capital on behalf of individual cities, counties and townships; "The United Heroes League", a non-profit military family support organization; and the "Woodbury Police K-9 Foundation", supporting the K9 program development and support for the city of Woodbury Minnesota.
Steve and his husband Justin live in Woodbury with their two dogs and enjoy softball, concert-going and walking the miles of trails in their community.

Alan has been with Meyer Oil Company since 2006. In that time, he has overseen the company’s growth to 25 stores including 14 new to industry sites. Alan is known for driving brand growth, maximizing operational efficiencies and delivering financial performance.
Alan attained a Master’s degree in Economics from Eastern Illinois University in 2005. He has been married to Michelle Meyer for 20 years and has 3 children.
